Karla Kottom is the Bilingual Case Manager for Reaching Hope. She is from Lima Peru and has lived in Denver since 2012. Previously she worked for JeffCo Public schools as a Community Engagement Liaison for Alameda High School. In her role there she worked with families to provide stability in their homes in order to create a positive learning environment for the students and the families. She supported families by providing resources and guidance to help families find housing, food, and clothing. She also assisted them in navigating complex social support services. She is passionate about serving families in need and supporting them as they develop personal and family stability and independence.
