Dr. Juanita Torres (she/her/ella) is a bilingual Licensed Psychologist at Reaching HOPE. She is passionate about serving children and adolescents with complex trauma and has worked in a variety of settings including schools, residential treatment centers, hospitals, community mental health centers, and nonprofits. She earned her Doctorate in Clinical psychology with specialties in Children and Adolescents and Latinx Mental Health from Pacific University’s School of Graduate Psychology in 2022. Juanita provides relationship-based, trauma-informed, and culturally-responsive treatment that allows her client’s to feel safe, supported, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process. She received her Psychologist License on September 3rd, 2023.
