Case Manager Co-Responder

Vanessa Cereceres is the Bilingual Case Manager for the Co-Responder Program at Brighton Police Department. She is from Chihuahua, Mexico, and has lived in Denver since 2001. Previously she worked for Brighton Housing Authority as a service coordinator. She supported families by providing resources and guidance to help families find housing, food, and clothing. She also assisted them in navigating complex social support services. She is passionate about serving families in need and supporting them as they develop personal and family stability and independence. In her downtime, she likes to color and connect with her inner child playing with her son.
